MFP does it for you. If you really want to know, then put your goal as 0 lbs a week.

I would suggest you use the tools on this site, then keep accurate records of your food intake and adjust your goals as needed.
I have found this site's numbers work very well for me, but others will disagree. In the end, it is an experiment for you to run with the best data you can compile. Then log accurately for four to six weeks before making any changes to your parameters. It takes that long (at least) to get a baseline.0
