1300 on rest and cardio days and 1500 on lifting days (maintance is about 1400) is this a good amount?

30% protein - 125g ish
35% fat - 40g ish
35% carbs - 116g ish
good macros?

    It's hard to make a fair judgement without your current stats. But it seems pretty good overall if you were to just do a percentage breakdown.

    No one can tell you how many calories you should be eating because we don't have enough information about you. If that's what MFP gave you to eat, then yes that's a good amount.

    If you feel good on those macros, then those are fine. I would suggest doing that for a while, if you don't feel that great, then switch the fats and carbs and see if that helps.

    If you're doing any weight training, then I would definitely switch the fats and carbs, so 40protein/35carbs/25fats
