so lots of people are on a fitness journey here, which is great! one of my goals is simply to feel better and to be fitter and with diet and exercise im taking care of my body, much like other people on MFP. however i wanted to ask how people take care of their bodies mentally? how do you encourage yourselves to have confidenec in your bodies? i domt think this is spoken about enough and its such a huge part of fitness. at times when your making big changes to the way your body looks you can put your body under lots of scrutiny, and its important we learn to deal with that and still be positive about our image. please share any tips or tricks you have on being positive towards your bodies!
