    That's way too high of a deficit for your weight and for your goals.

    You are at the very low end of your healthy weight. Instead of losing weight, you should focus on body recomposition (which I think people have told you previously).

    in all honesty im confused as to how to aproach that?

    You're confused on how to approach my response? Or you're confused about how to do a recomposition?

    No you wouldn't lose much muscle, but a % of your loss will be from muscle. With so little to lose I would suggest a smaller deficit 0.5lbs/week goal, also taking part in a progressive lifting program, and getting adequate protein will limit the amount of muscle lost.

    Or you could just recomp (eat maintenance, lift heavy, get enough protein, slowly lose fat and gain a little muscle.

    can i recomp at slightly under my maintainence, say 1350? and will recomp still work if i dont have access to really heavy weights?

    If you don't have ab definition at 112 lbs and 5'5" tall, it's because you are lacking muscle mass. No amount of cutting is going to give you good looking ab definition at this point. I think you'd do better trying to add mass and not messing around with a recomp. (I'm not a recomp hater but I think they work better when one has more to work with and isn't at the bare bottom of a healthy weight range.)

    At 5'5" and 112 lbs, losing weight is not what you need to get ab definition.
    If they're not showing at this weight, they're just not built enough to show. You need to add muscle.

    I'd also guess on your frame that your body fat isn't as high as you think. Look into eating above maintenance and building muscle.

    @erickirb

    1350 is still too low for a recomp.
