my breakfast often consists of around 60% of my daily calories, is this okay?

If you're happy with that and it doesn't leave you hungry later on in the day yep, no problem.

Whatever works for you. If it leaves you enough cals for the rest of the day and you're content, have at it.

Someone will probably pipe up and insist you should eat loads of small equal sized meals evenly spaced throughout the day 'to keep your metabolism going' and 'keep blood sugar levels stable' despite them having no expertise on nutrition. Ignore them.

That works for me some days although not as often as I used to. Kept me full through lunch and beyond. As long as you stay in your calories for the total day I see nothing wrong.

A lot of people eat the bulk of their calories in a short window of time usually later in the day but again timing doesn't matter.
