Calorie question...

if im eating 1200 calories 4 days a week and 1500 3 days (when i lift) what would my expected results be in 2 months? im looking to lose some fat but keep muscle mass, are these good figures?

i weight 51kg 19% body fat and maintinence is 1400

    You would be 500 calories under each week.

    Every 7 weeks you will lose 1lb.
