any good low carb high fat and protein breakfast ideas? preferably using eggs?

Cheesy scrambled eggs with sausage crumbled in it wrapped in a low carb tortilla.

Whisk together three eggs and some chopped bird eye chillies with salt and adobo seasoning. Heat avocado oil in a nonstick pan on medium high heat. Pour the eggs in, and wiggle it/flip it lightly with a wooden spoon. It should be done in about ten -fifteen seconds. Turn off the heat, and fold in half a chopped avocado with drizzled lime juice.
Hot sauce not necessaryI personally ate this this morning with two pieces of ezekiel bread toast, which adds a bit more protein. This whole breakfast is 530 calories, 30 grams of fat and 27 grams of protein.
