T-Tapp
Anyone know where i can find full T-Tapp workouts and which one is the best to do? I live in the UK and can't find any on youtube, only clips. Is this even worth attempting? I have seen loads of positive reviews, or am i better off sticking to youtube workouts such as Hasfit?

I worked out at 4pm UK time for 23 mins YouTube videos walk at home. It is now 2:07am UK time and can't sleep. I'm thinking about doing another workout. Is this too much too soon? And do I class the day as Sunday or Monday? Thank you x

Anyone know of any fun workout vids (preferably on youtube or free) that are high cal burning or are fun? I also can't do anything that involves getting onto the floor e.g push ups so something along the lines of a HIIT workout maybe? What is your favourite? What do you do? In want of a change lol

1000kcals how much will I loose?
Today was a fab exercise day for me as I burned over 1000 kcal. I have ate over 1300 kcal with my daily goal on mfp being 1880 kcals a day. I weigh 312.2lbs. It's weighing day today for me and I usually weigh myself with my clothes on. (Usually my pyjamas.) Today I thought I would check what my weight is without. (Only my underwear left on) It was 2ibs lighter. So my question is should I log without clothes or with?
