I can dance in front of other people without feeling mortified.

I'm turning 45 in a couple of days and can't bend over for very long before I'm need a break doing yardwork .. I can however do ziplining, because of weight loss Dang fun !!!! I have better eating habits, and I now pre-track my breakfast for the next morning... It has helped !!! Now I wish to be able to blow the candles out on my b-day cake...1
