Too much?

I worked out at 4pm UK time for 23 mins YouTube videos walk at home. It is now 2:07am UK time and can't sleep. I'm thinking about doing another workout. Is this too much too soon? And do I class the day as Sunday or Monday? Thank you x

23 minutes is quite a short workout so doing another one wouldn't be a problem at all.1

If it was a 23 minute walking workout you can do that multiple times a dat.0 -
Adding another workout to a 23 min walking workout wouldn't be an issue for me, I'd go for it. But everyone is at different fitness levels so I would take that into count before deciding. (Like If you feel like you are physically able to proceed without risk of injury)
Example- for my 98 yr old granny it might not be a good idea to do another workout after doing a 23 min walk.
For my 41 yr old self, I'll be fine doing another workout.1 -
It depends on your current fitness level. However, light exercise at 2am would Jack me up, rather than calm me down.1
