Too much?

I worked out at 4pm UK time for 23 mins YouTube videos walk at home. It is now 2:07am UK time and can't sleep. I'm thinking about doing another workout. Is this too much too soon? And do I class the day as Sunday or Monday? Thank you x

    23 minutes is quite a short workout so doing another one wouldn't be a problem at all.

    If it was a 23 minute walking workout you can do that multiple times a dat.

    Adding another workout to a 23 min walking workout wouldn't be an issue for me, I'd go for it. But everyone is at different fitness levels so I would take that into count before deciding. (Like If you feel like you are physically able to proceed without risk of injury)
    Example- for my 98 yr old granny it might not be a good idea to do another workout after doing a 23 min walk.
    For my 41 yr old self, I'll be fine doing another workout.

    It depends on your current fitness level. However, light exercise at 2am would Jack me up, rather than calm me down.
