Has anyone tried Josie Gibsons slimmables? It looks to be a bit similar to slimming world. Just wondering if its worth it and if anyone has tried it?

The first thing that makes me think this is not worth the money is the use of "super charge your metabolism". That's just not how the body or your metabolism work.
It starts out with a 14 day detox. Detoxes are just a way to separate you from your money. They aren't necessary and they're usually just laxatives and diuretics, which can actually be harmful.
Looking at her food list your carbohydrates are extremely restricted. You're allowed vegetables, some fruits, and pretty much all meats. Many of the foods you aren't allowed are actually things that some people have sensitivities to, which removing can make you immediately feel slimmer without losing any weight. If you need to pay to feel accountable I understand that, but I wouldn't pay for someone to put me on laxatives.

I bet you would lose weight if you bought into the program, but it doesn't sound sustainable. There are certainly better options out there that will at least try to teach you to maintain the lifestyle rather than get you hooked on their supplements. The first thing that makes me question this program is the suggested 2-3 cardio workouts and 1 weight workout and the fact that the snacks they sell are only 50 calories each. High cardio and low calorie is a recipe for short term weight loss and rapid weight gain.1
