Serving size turkey
How much is a serving size of turkey , whole turkey ? On the turkey package it says 4oz (112g) and I’m assuming that’s raw. Do I just measure out half 2oz cooked ?

How would you weight meat with bone ? For example like on my package of raw wings it says 4oz =220 calories . Do you weight it after it’s cooked without the bone ? Or how many wings would you say to eat ?

For the recipes you make yourself is it possible to make it where you can put if it’s a cup or how many grams . Instead of guessing how many serving sizes it is .
