How much is a serving size of turkey , whole turkey ?
On the turkey package it says 4oz (112g) and I’m assuming that’s raw.
Do I just measure out half 2oz cooked ?

No, if it's raw (which packaged things usually are unless they say otherwise), then measure raw. If you measure cooked and use an entry for raw weight you are actually eating more.
There's no need to stick to the official serving size unless that happens to fit your needs.
If it's really a whole turkey different parts have different calories. There are USDA entries that work for cooked meat if you can't measure raw.1
