How would you weight meat with bone ? For example like on my package of raw wings it says 4oz =220 calories . Do you weight it after it’s cooked without the bone ? Or how many wings would you say to eat ?

Bones are tough! I usually weigh it raw and then look for an entry with “raw with bone”. You could weigh what’s leftover if you want to be really exact. Your package though sounds like it’s the raw weigh in ounces. I’d eat however many ounces of wings that will fit into my calories for dinner. You could eat 4 ounces for 200 cals or 5 ounces for 250 or 8 ounces for 400. Whatever you’re hungry for! Save room for blue cheese.0

That looks like the calorie count for 4 oz of meat and skin weighed raw. You could weigh it raw, then weigh the bones when you're done and subtract.
