Calorie deficit and patience.
Your body is going to determine when and where it decides to drop the weight, aside from surgery there is literally no other way to do it.3 -
You're right, you can't spot reduce. That means you have to keep losing fat. Lifting weights can be helpful to ensure you have a nice toned body when you have lost the fat.
You can't dry a corner of a sponge if the rest of the sponge is still wet. You can't target belly fat, you'll lose it when the body decides to use it. Absolutely nothing beyond continuing to lose fat will help with losing belly fat. No special exercise, food, or pill will target that fat. Blame the media and weight loss companies for making you think it's possible.6 -

I kind of read this as "I know you can't spot reduce but how can I spot reduce". Simply maintain your deficit and you will keep losing weight, if you keep losing weight it will eventually come off your stomach. How much weight you will need to lose to have achieve your desired stomach? No one here can tell you that. The only thing that can be promised is that fat eventually will come off your stomach if you lose enough of it.6 -
Keep losing fat - eventually it will come off in the belly area too.0

You say that you know that you can't spot reduce but then ask how to spot reduce...you can't. Just keep cutting and it will come off. The belly is primary fat stores for most men and many women...primary fat stores are first on, last off...2 -
I took up running and that reduced my tummy. To be honest i stopped and the belly returned so theres your answer..... Go for a run!5

That was just a coincidence. I have been running for a year and have lost 45 lbs and my belly is still my largest area needing to lose fat.1 -

So you increased energy expenditure and lost fat...and then you decreased energy expenditure and put fat back on...2 -
A deficit, as stated above, and as well you know, is needed to lose the abdominal fat.
However, I have found that good posture, and a strong core, can improve the look of the abdominal area while losing the fat.
Cheers, h.

Agreed. Eat less and move more. It will come off the same way that it went on0
