I know you can't spot reduce . But I wanna know what I can do or what can help with losing belly fat . I have lost alot of weight and it looks like I'm losing all over except for my stomach .

    Calorie deficit and patience.

Your body is going to determine when and where it decides to drop the weight, aside from surgery there is literally no other way to do it.

Keep losing fat - eventually it will come off in the belly area too.

You say that you know that you can't spot reduce but then ask how to spot reduce...you can't. Just keep cutting and it will come off. The belly is primary fat stores for most men and many women...primary fat stores are first on, last off...

I took up running and that reduced my tummy. To be honest i stopped and the belly returned so theres your answer..... Go for a run!

That was just a coincidence. I have been running for a year and have lost 45 lbs and my belly is still my largest area needing to lose fat.

So you increased energy expenditure and lost fat...and then you decreased energy expenditure and put fat back on...

A deficit, as stated above, and as well you know, is needed to lose the abdominal fat.
However, I have found that good posture, and a strong core, can improve the look of the abdominal area while losing the fat.

    Cheers, h.

Agreed. Eat less and move more. It will come off the same way that it went on
