How bad is excessive fiber?
I eat about 40-45g a day. I know I'm not suppose to go over 35g a day but the foods I eat make it impossible. I do drink lots of water though. Probably about 5L a day

Is this pancake mix good for me?
I bought this protein pancake mix and was wondering if I did a good choice choosing it. 200 calories per serving, 3g fat, 6g fibre, 8g sugar, 17g protein. Ingredients: Buttermilk powder (Which I'm guessing is what adds all that sugar), whey protein isolate,Xanthsn gum and the rest of the ingredients are pretty basic.

Do I stop eating when I reach one of my macros or keep going for calories.
I usually end up going over my proteins by 30 ish and fat by 10g. My carbs are relatively low. Do I keep eating food even if I ended up going passed my proteins and fats to get my carbs? What is a healthy cereal?
I love cereal, however most of the cereal I find is loaded with sugar. I've read that the kashi line of cereal is healthy but then again, 1 serving of one of their cereals that I saw had 13g if sugar. I eat big breakfasts and would probably have 2-3 servings along with something else. What's a healthy cereal?

Macros for bulking?
I've read that macros have to be like so: Protein: 1g per lb of body weight Fat: 0.3-0.4g per lb of body weight And put the rest on carbs. Could anyone clarify if this info is good? I really have no idea :/ for my macros it would be 140g protein, 56g fat and about 355g of carbs a day.

Stomach bloated day after ab workout?
So Uhm, I haven't done ab workouts in a while. And decided to start doing those again a few weeks ago. Yesterday I worked out my abs and now today my stomach is bloated. Is there a reason for this?

Always hungry. (Trying to bulk)
I'm trying to gain 0.5 lbs a week. I eat about 2600 calories daily my TDEE is like 2400. I'm doing well however I always find myself hungry. I just ate 100g of protein and an hour later I'm hungry again.

Does excess sugar/fat etc contribute to weight gain when you're under your calorie limit?
I try to reach my calorie goal every day or get very close to it. But sometimes I eat an extra 15g of fat or carbs etc. My question is, does excess of those cause weight gain even if I'm under my calorie goal? Thanks!

How exactly does bulking work?
I never really understood. Why is it that the surplus calories you eat not directly go in as fat? I'm new to bulking and figured I'd learn about it if I'm doing it.

Did I eat too much saturated fat today?
I had about 20g of saturated fat today. About 10g coming from steak, 4-5 from a birthday cake and the remaining from almond butter and peanut butter. In total I've eaten 2250/calories today (which is my maintenance) I worry about saturated fat because of all the myths about it and how its bad for you.

I'm new to bulking and I have a hard time getting my daily protein requirement with whole foods so I take some protein powder. I'm not sure which to buy. I've heard whey protein powder is best to take post and pre workout. But I usually take my powder when I'm idle.

Since bananas are high in sugar I figured any of the sugar your body won't need will be stored as fat. Could 2+ bananas a day cause weight gain? I like to eat 2 a day.
