Does my eaten foods today seem unhealthy?

I have no money today and had to improvise to get my nutrients. I've had 3 bowls of cereal, 2 glasses of milk, 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder, tuna, sidekicks pasta, almond butter.

All of that comes to about 123g of protein, 200g carbs, 60g fa, 2000 calories and 2360ng sodium which is the only thing that seems bad to me.

    Well you've probably not met your vitamin recommendations because it's severely lacking in fruit and veggies, but it's not a huge deal once a in a while (I have no idea what sidekicks pasta is).

    I would imagine that (depending on the cereal), it's rather low in fiber. But your health doesn't come from a single day of eating.

    It's not the best long term diet, but take a multivitamin daily and the occasional "I'm broke diet" day doesn't hurt. I would suggest though that when you can you stock up on canned fruits and veggies for the next time you're broke.
