Macros for bulking?

I've read that macros have to be like so:
Protein: 1g per lb of body weight
Fat: 0.3-0.4g per lb of body weight
And put the rest on carbs.
Could anyone clarify if this info is good? I really have no idea
for my macros it would be 140g protein, 56g fat and about 355g of carbs a day.

I go 30% fat 30% protein 40% carbs on workout days and less carbs on non workout days bodyweight * 12 - 15 calories for hypertrophy0

Its actually grams per lb of lean body mass. So if a person is 200 lbs at 10% body fat, then you would based your grams on 180 lbs of lean body mass (all things not fat).0
