Thursday Weigh In 27 Dec
End of year, I had a +1.2 BUT below GW! 2018 I lost ten pounds to get to GW and have been below Goal since Maintenance in May. SW 376.2 (2013) GW 184 (March 2018) CW 178.2 (-198) My first year I don’t have a New Years resolution to LOSE weight!!! (Although getting to -200 will get my scale there someday in 2019)

My latest WW WI was 11/1 presurgery. Today was -3.4! SW 376.2 (January 2013) GW 184 (March 2018) CW 177 (-199.8) Been way off my normal routine. After six weeks of little exercise and not eating my usual meals it may not last, but I may reach they-200#!

OT Who has felt an Earthquake?
When we lived in CA I thought the dog woke me up because he was scratching himself on the bed. When I woke up I realized it was an earthquake!! I grew up in Midwest do that was s new feeling. We lived in Anchorage 2005-07. I remember seeing the historical pictures showing the 1964 disaster from the BIG ONE!

2012 The Beginning
My youngest son talked to me about my health/weight (376 Lb age 64). I joined WW January 2013 and still with the program. Changed my Lifestyle instead of losing weight. Surgery Postponed Due to Afib
My EKG results showed Afib so I was referred to Cardiologist. My pinch nerve surgery os on hold until Stress Test and Echocardiogram. New WW Program Previews
Have you looked at new WW App? Are you excited to getting Rewards for Tracking? Today my WW MEETING (now called workshop) led by my “Coach”, she kept correcting herself to stop calling it Weight Watchers and tried to call it Wellness. New terminology will take awhile. I kept my shoes on!!!
I ALWAYS take off my shoes before I WI at WW and Dr visits. But I went to my most recent Dr visit and yesterday at a Cardiologist I had my shoes on! The nurse said we take off 5 Lbs for your shoes.
