Body changes in age 30 s
Does anyone else notice your body composition changes in your late 20's and 30's? I feel like my body quits losing weight at a certain point and feel my stomach is flabbier despite lifting weights etc...😣 my size in clothes is differ ent too even without really gaining much weight. Anyone else?

I binge when I get angry
Hello...i tend to emotional eat and eat when I get angry or anxious. My mother in law makes me uneasy and i always end up eating when I start thinking of her. She is snarky and critical. I know i cant blame it on her cause im the one eating the food but I want to get past this and end this binge cycle.

Weekend cravings help
Why do I always binge on the weekends? I'm so good during the week and then on the weekends I get cravings for junk and ruin the whole week 😣 every time. I hate it!! I have tried going for healthier options for a treat but that doesn't always work.

Weight gain and aging
I'm 29 and the last year it seems like no matter what i do i can't lose these 5-7lbs. I'll lose some and the minute I eat ONE cheat meal I gain 10. I workout 40 minutes weights and cardio everyday 7 days a week and eat low carb and nothing. Is this normal for my age? I cant possibly eat any less than i do already.

What's your attitude towards a slip
So if you had one or two days of bad or really bad eating...what is your attitude? Do u get mad at yourself and dwell and overthink it..or do u brush it off and move on to the next day eating healthy again?

Sweets!
Is anyone else literally addicted to sweets? If it wasn't for sweets I would weigh like 90 lbs! Ugh so frustrating I feel like I have tried everything. The minute I eat a sweet I can't stop and eat the whole thing!

Too little carbs and cravings
I have done low carb for awhile like months and my sugar cravings never go away. I eat hardly any carbs so,I'm wondering if I need to eat some? Maybe that is why my body craves?

Low carb and feeling weak
Why do I feel so weak eating low carb? Everyone says how great they feel. I must not be eating enough fats? I eat veggies and meat and some cheese mostly.

Fell off the wagon..how to stop being mad
So I fell off the wagon for like the last week and am depressed about it which is making it harder to get back on. I normally don't do this so I don't feel like myself! How do you pick yourself up and just forget about it? I have a hard time with that

Water weight from excess sugar?
So I ate a ton of sugar and bad stuff the last three days and now my thighs are huge. They are already muscular to begin with but they get even bigger from water weight I am assuming. Is this from extra glycogen being refilled as to why they bulked up? What's the best way to get them back down to normal size?

Evenings and diets
I'm usually really good all day until I get home from work. Then I get hungry and risk over eating or eating stuff I shouldn't be. Anyone else have this problem? What to do about it?

Low carb/carb cycling
So I follow a low carb way of eating..but if I have one carb night per week is that good to re-set myself and will it lead to weight gain? I work out everyday for about an hr and do weights and two days hiit.

Increase in hunger all of a sudden
Last week was great...my hunger actually decreased even with exercising and I had energy...and then on friday I was really hungry and pretty much all weekend. And even today now I still am. Anyone else have this?

Fat loss vs. Weight loss
So I am pretty much at my lowest weight I can be at for my body unless I go to extreme measures. However I still have fat in certain areas. I have been focusing more of lifting weights and strength training and doing cardio 2 days a week. Will this help? And yes I eat healthy and what not.

Low carb question
I used to have no problem doing low carb but now it makes me feel awful...no energy and run down. I don't understand...maybe I have more muscle or exercising more so my body is taking more energy than a year or so ago? Any ideas? Cause I feel fine once I eat a bunch of carbs...but that's defeating the purpose then.
