Intermediate fasting please help!!!
Ok so I wanted to do the 16:8 where I fast for 16 hours with an 8 hour window my question is can I still do it today if my last meal was at 2am and I have my next at 6pm? Is that too late? I ate really bad yesterday and I olive fasting the next day only problem is I ate really bad early in the am.

2100 calories a day
Ok so I logged in my height and weight I’m 5’5 128.6 lbs according to fitness pal I should consume 2100 calories to maintain weight but I’m also trying to build muscles it6pk and I’ve only consumed 900 calories it seems impossible to eat that much. I am on my feet a lot and I workout as well I lift dumbbells.

Oats with whey after workout
So I had a 30 minute dumbbell only back way trout today I as a post workout snack I made 1/2 cup old fashion Quaker Oats to one cup water and then 1 scoop gold standard whey protein. Is that ok or should I have skipped whey all together?
