Confused about activity Level and calorie intake- working day and night shift
I am currently working day shift on farm Monday to Friday or sometimes just 3 days a week and night shift at a horse stud 3 5 hour shifts a week. Breakfast ideas

Angry and upset

Knee to elbow crunches? Help please

Homekill?
We raise our own beef and are having homekill sausages for dinner. They are purely meat in the casings. I’m not sure how to log this? They don’t come labeled up with nutrition info. Googles no help.

How to log workouts vs steps
Went for a run/walk today down the farm. Took my phone for some music. It counted all My steps but I was planning on logging it as a workout. Do I just leave it as is and not log it since the steps were counted? I also did 20mins high intensity work out when I got back and did log that.

How on earth do I do this on the app? I have tried to do it and the app just shuts on me. I try uploading progress photo. All I want to do is post photos to my timeline of what I’m getting up to.

Rice paper sushi rolls
I bought some rice paper sushi rolls today. They had a piece of chicken, a heap of lettuce, 1 tiny strip of cucumber and capsicum and a tiny shred of carrot. The chicken had teriyaki sauce on it. How would I log these? I had 3. They were 90% lettuce.

How do you enter your meals
Tonight we are having curried sausages. Do I scan all my ingredients I’m using and adjust it to the portion I’ll be having of each ingredient? I will be using beef sausages, curry sausages maggi sachet, silverbeet, carrots and broccoli, sultanas Or do I just enter home made curried sausages?
