We raise our own beef and are having homekill sausages for dinner. They are purely meat in the casings. I’m not sure how to log this? They don’t come labeled up with nutrition info. Googles no help.

What cut of meat did you use? And what is the weight? I'd just find an entry for the cut and enter the sausage weight as your portion size.

I’m not sure what cut the butcher used. He uses whatever meat is leftover from our order

Its really good, especially when you know exactly where it’s been and how it’s been raised. My husband was a butcher for a while and the stuff they do to supermarket meat is pretty disgusting.
