Rice paper sushi rolls

I bought some rice paper sushi rolls today. They had a piece of chicken, a heap of lettuce, 1 tiny strip of cucumber and capsicum and a tiny shred of carrot. The chicken had teriyaki sauce on it.
How would I log these? I had 3. They were 90% lettuce.

Log everything individually and multiply by three0

No rice?
The rice paper itself is about 30 cals/piece. So 90 total for the paper.
The vegetables are low calorie. Estimate 15 calories total.
The chicken. I'd guess 1 oz per roll. Hard to tell without a picture. 3 oz total is about 120 calories.
The teriyaki sauce. Round up to 75 calories to account for any oil or butter used.
About 300 cals total.1
