Knee to elbow crunches? Help please

My favourite exercise would be the knee to elbow crunches and a fast pace. It burns all my abdominal muscles (they’re in there somewhere) and just feels sooo good! Immediately after this workout I notice my stomach tightens, even if it is only a temporary contraction until the muscles get stronger and bigger.
Anyway how would I log this? What would the calories or kj be that are burned for each 15mins of the knee to elbow crunches at a fast pace?
I generally mix it up with on the spot sprints, squats and some of those lay on your side lift your leg workouts and whatever else I can remember.
Trying to tighten my stomach, butt and thighs and the high intensity is just to burn fat

Would they be classed as standard crunches? Seeing as it’s a different kind of motion to the standard crunches and I can manage at a faster pace? It burns up my sides too whereas normal crunches don’t do that for me
