Hi everyone, I’m in need of some motivating and inspiring friends to help me reach my goals. I’m a 25yo wife and mum of 1 amazing little boy, I enjoy hiking and hunting, farming, horses and all of that outdoor stuff. I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis a couple of years ago and have been struggling with chronic fatigue and slowly gained weight. I have always been a very fit and active person so I want to get back to that. I love a drink or two and really do enjoy eating out and hosting parties and bbqs so I struggle a lot. If anyone wants to be friends feel free to add me. I have an open diary and will try to share things every day!

Hi, I’m 40 years old and was diagnosed with mild ME a year ago. I was always very active and slim but have put about a stone on over since not being able to exercise and getting into bad eating habits. I would love to join you in a new journey of getting back to being healthy and happy with my body xx0

I just sent you a request. I have an autoinflammatory disease which is decently controlled but still can be restricting at times. I too have gained weight back recently. I'm getting back at this in a serious way 😉0
