How do you enter your meals

Tonight we are having curried sausages. Do I scan all my ingredients I’m using and adjust it to the portion I’ll be having of each ingredient?
I will be using beef sausages, curry sausages maggi sachet, silverbeet, carrots and broccoli, sultanas
Or do I just enter home made curried sausages?

You can scan the ingredients like you said or if it is a recipe enter it into the recipe section. If it is a meal you eat often enter it into the meals section these will save time next time you have it.2

If you made it yourself, put all the ingredients in the recipe builder and then log your portion. Don't trust a "homemade" entry out of the database because you have no idea if it 100% matches what you ate.3
