Fruit is hard for me to eat

Uphill Walking Calories compared to MFP's Figures
Today my walking partner edie and I realized 2 of our 4.2 miles of walking is uphill. About maybe 25% of that is a steep hill and as far as % of grade, I don't know but may can find out. I can't find where to change my "goal" calories per day
in my food journal?? In my BMR it says 1152 now rather than 1200. I exercise so I am going to end up eating more anyway, not under 1200 but I would like to keep it as accurate as possible. Thanks so much, denise!!!!!!!!!!!!:bigsmile: :drinker:

I exercise a.m. 99% of the time
and it is usually best about 9a.m. But I am up at 7. Is it wise to eat brekkie first, or is it ok to eat it when I get back at 10? What do you all think?
