but I wanted to share it because it seemed soooooooooo good to me, yum:)
Albacore Tuna
2 TBSP Real Mayo
2 hardboiled eggs
red onion(about a slice chopped)to taste
One 6 inch Multi Grain Wrap
TBSP Olive Oil
Mozarella Cheese(about 1/4 cup)
Mix tuna, egg, mayo and onion(makes 2 servings for my calorie needs, 3 servings for some maybe. Heat Olive Oil hot and brown Wrap on both sides. Sprinkle with Mozarella. While browing wrap, slightly heat up tuna mix in microwave. Wrap all in and eat!! Don't want to forget to eat, LOL:laugh: It is high in calories but for a lunch once in awhile, it is just delicious. Then I eat a lighter dinner to make the remainder of calores.
