went over calories

:sad: Holy Moses, Lastnight I couldn't figure what I wanted to eat. I had just under 300 cal. to go but I was so tired of everything I've been eating. I had lots to eat but couldn't figure it out. about 6 my friend edie(and neighbor)came over and asked if I wanted to go to pizza with her and hubby. I jumped at the chance to eat out and have something "fun". I ended up eating 4 pieces. I am not sure how many calories but I knew it was a bunch:( We ate at Abbey's and although it's listed on here, the Greek I had wasn't. It's my fave even though all vegetarian with artichoke hearts and such. Im thinking I went over by atleast 500 if not more:( Im sure it won't "wreck" me but I feel really bad:( I know once I reach my goal I can do that once in awhile without gaining it back but I have barely lost 2.8 lbs:( My ticker doesn't point out 10ths so it says 3. I still haven't lost an inch either. I pray I am not doing something, on a regular basis, that is defeating me. I've been on the plan since Oct. 6. My records here don't go back that far as I changed websites. But I have all my record saved from other site. I only started the "extra calories" eating about a week ago now. Maybe not a full week?? Going over from time to time will not hurt you in the long run. You might feel lethargic and guilty the next day, but you'd have to go over by 3500 calories in order to gain a pound of weight.
Overdoing it from time to time is actually good for you because it confuses your metabolism.
Relax, get back on track today, and keep up the good work. :flowerforyou:0 -
thanks so much:) I do feel much better after reading this, lol:) What good information on "confusing" the metabolism. Yes, Im getting ready to walk this a.m. or, head for a craftshow possibly and walk afterwards.
