so I was thinking to blend something up. I looked through recipes and didn't see anything. Any ideas? What I have right now is blueberries, rasberries, peaches and something else??? Have to look. But I haven't a clue what to put in the blender with them? Milk, water?? I have no protein powder at this point and besides, I get enough protein in the food Im eating, according to my charts:) I will, in the meantime, look up smoothees online and see what I get, or google fruit, daily needs and recipes:) denise:)

I've made smoothies using skim milk and a package of vanilla fat free pudding. Turned out good.
Not a fruit fan here either. :bigsmile:0 -
One of my students favorite uses sweetened condensed milk (get the FF stuff) and flavored yogurt.0

I do yogurt and milk and whatever fruit I have.
I find it to be filling and taste great.0 -
You can freeze the berries and add fat free vanilla yogurt or OJ - no need for ice that way unless you want extra water0

Thank you everyone for your ideas!! I will definitely try them out:) I never thought of yogurt and I do love it so that would be great!

you know, I was thinking. When I started this in June I bought a bunch of fruit. 1 of everything, including berries. I HATED all of it.
Now I cant live without it!
I added it to my cereal..blueberries, strawberries, blackberries.
I eat the apple slices with cheese...yummy.
throw the peaches and pears in my cottage cheese or yogurt (Greek, now that y'all have got me into that yummy stuff!)
Oh and salad. Yummy strawberries with almonds and balsamic vinagerette (sp?)
