and there lies the problem:laugh:

Ok, seriously, say we lose lbs(when we lose pounds:bigsmile: )do we need to redo our original info? I mean I came up with my 1200 or so per day by entering my weight so when we lose, do we need to recalculate? Like change our "starting" weight kind of thing?

:noway:  :blushing: Im so embarrassed:bigsmile:

You would hit the check-in button when you lose weight and put in your new weight for the week and that's when your ticker would show pounds lost. If you were on a higher calories then 1200 then it would go down after a certain amount of weight lost but 1200 calories is the lowest you can go to be healthy and function properly.
    Hope I explained this clearly.
    And no it wasn't a dumb question:flowerforyou:

Ok darlin, so I don't need to recalculate at all. Just when I enter new weight loss it shows on ticker. I don't need to eat more or less to lose, just what shows on my food journal according to exercise etc. I do understand I think:bigsmile: Thanks so much!!!!!!!! Have a great day, denise in Oregon:)
