Upping my intensity in early morning workouts???
I'm loving getting up super early and going to the Y before starting my day but I feel like I'm so sluggish at that time of day. I can do a much more intense workout later in the morning/day. How can I kickstart and wake up my body better so I can have that same intensity at 5:30 am?

My problem with weighted squats
So I've just started heavy lifting. I realize heavy is relative, so no laughing at my piddly weights. I did 50 pound squats today. They felt way too easy. Need help with lifting and my diet
What should my calorie intake be on the 3 days a week I lift? I stick around 1400 calories a day usually and only eat back some of my exercise calories - it's what works for me, don't judge. However, I'm sure I need more food on my lifting days, but I'm just not sure how much more.
