I hope this doesn't go against forum rules - sorry in advance if it does!

Anyone else have a completely horrible experience with this company??? I tried to place an order wIth them for a HRM and was complenteous blown away by how rude, hateful, unprofessional they were. I have never been treated so poorly by a company! Clearly they do well enough that they don't need my business. Maybe I caught them on a bad day???

Just venting I guess...

    Do they have good prices or something? I looked on Amazon at some yesterday. Maybe try there?

    found my polar at www.heartratemonitor.com was a great price and the people were great didn't have a problem.

    I bought mine in the mall. They are sold at watch stands, outdoor/recreational stores, best buy, target.

    I recently placed an order from them(feb2). I ordered a pink polar ft4. I called them to ask what was taking t.hem so long to ship out . A nice lady answered and apologized bc they were out of stock and polar would be shipping them to their company on Monday. I called today btw.

    Just curious, what were they giving you a hard time with?
