I have two of these at home: http://www.target.com/p/Reebok-Adjustable-Weights-Black-Silver-25Lb/-/A-13653198

I already do bicep curls, shoulder presses, chest flies with 10 pound weights. I also do this other exercise that I don't what it's called, but it's an arm move too - with 10 pound weights.

What else can I do at home?

You should check out the book New Rules of Lifting for Women. Adjustable dumbbells give you a great starting point.

    Also:
    Squats
    Lunges
    Step-Ups
    Rows

    Can't do squats and lunges.

I've done rows before but can only manage 5 pounds - I hate those!

Why not? Do/did you have an injury?

I have bilateral chondromalacia and hypertrophic plicas in my knees. My ortho surgeon advised me to stay away from them. I enjoy squats, so I may add them back in but only in moderation and not every day.

You should check out www.cathe.com. All of her weight training workouts (DVDs and digital downloads) are excellent. I highly recommend them.

You're limited if you don't have a workout bench. But you can do squats, lunges, deadlifts, lateral (side) raises, bent-over raises, rows, tricep extensions, calf raises.
