Need help with lifting and my diet

What should my calorie intake be on the 3 days a week I lift?
I stick around 1400 calories a day usually and only eat back some of my exercise calories - it's what works for me, don't judge.
However, I'm sure I need more food on my lifting days, but I'm just not sure how much more.

try eating protein bar , it is very high glycemic , it has protein, alot of sugar.
It helps lifting alot. I eat it 10min before i lift. (i dont eat it anymore since i changed my diet and 300 calories dont fit into it unfortunately)0
