Help me remember - Strength training routines

Did strength training this morning for the first time since being back at the gym and I've forgotten everything I know! Hit me up with some good routines. I'm doing free weights (piddly little dumbbells for starters), not machines.

    Lower:
    Squat
    Step Ups
    Deadlift
    DB Lunge

    Upper:
    Bench Press
    Push Ups
    Flye
    Shoulder Press
    Chin Ups
    Tricep Extension
    One arm DB row

    Core:
    Medicine Ball twists
    Knee pull ups
    Bicycle crunches
    Plank Hamstring Curl

    Thanks! And am I right to remember the only muscle group I can work on consecutive days is core? For other muscle groups, don't work consecutive days?
