Exercises appear twice
Hello. I have a Fitbit and also use walkmeter. Whenever I finish a walk or run I send it to mfp and quite often the walk will appear twice on my diary. So I delete one but it still shows double the time and calories on my news feed. Any idea what can be causing this?

Sodium always wrong in food database
I am a tad confused with food database. It appears that the sodium level is inputted at grams when it is supposed to be mg. For example a Mcdonalds Cheesburge happy meal is supposed to have a total of 2g sodium. But whoever entered it has put it has 2mg, so the calcualtion is way out. This is the same on at least 60…

Calories of rice when raw and cooked
Hello. I am confused with the nutrition info on the back of my whole grain rice. It says 75g of rice makes 180g and is 219 calories. But 100g raw rice is 352 cals making 75g 264 cals. So do calories decrease in rice when cooked? Are lots of nutrients boiled away?
