Hello Fitness Friends.

I have finally decided to post my progress pics here. I have been eating healthily since the middle of August 2011. I am now near my target weight of 135lbs (large frame) and want to lose more slowly. I started new rules of lifting nearly 3 weeks ago so hopefully I will lose more of this stubborn fat that is sticking around. I am also a member of the eat more to weigh less group. I still have a big tummy and bingo wings which may or may not ever go but I am going to do my darn best to try!

Here's some pics, hope they work :-) The before pics were take over 10 years ago when I was at my highest. Unfortuntely I have no recent pics because I hated the camera. I was near enough the same size as 10 years ago, 226lbs when I began to get healthy.

    wow you just inspired me!!!! I have 40 lbs I want to lose...11 of it gone now...but if you can work so hard to lose the amount that you lost...I can work as hard to lose 1/2 of that. You are amazing!!! Congrats to you on your loss and improved health! I can only hope I have the will power that you had!
