P90X - does it have to be every day?
I saw the informercial for P90X the other night, and I am really interested in it, but I can't commit to an hour a day. Does anybody do it only once or twice a week?

NPV - Non Planned Victory! Lowering my sodium has never been one of my goals. However, in the last few weeks I have noticed that when I salt my food like I usually do, the end result tastes too salty. So now, I have cut down on my salt because my taste has naturally lessened, and my food tastes great! Whee!! :smile:

Is overcooked salmon still nutritious?
This probably goes under the Stupid Question Bigtime Category, but - (I hang my head in shame at such a question, but I have to ask) I have a bad habit of overcooking my salmon. Does it still have the desired nutritional value? Or have the omega-3s cooked out?

I actually played tennis this morning!
One of my goals / motivations for weight loss was to be able to play tennis again. Well - this morning I started lessons! It was a blast! Question about fiber goals
One my food diary, the program automatically set the fiber goal for each day to 16g and I have always heard you need at least 30g of fiber each day. Why the discrepancy?
