Daily Goal & BMR
Okay so I was just wondering - My BMR is 1,585kcal, my daily goal is 1,410kcal. Is my daily goal enough? should I up my kcal intake? Cause so far since i've been eating more (the 1410kcal) i've put on a pound. Confuuuuuused. Would be greatful for some advice. :)
