Weights & Calories burnt

Soooo.. when I do weights, what do I do about the calories burnt? Not log them?

Way too many factors are apparent when it comes to lifting weights and calories burnt.
- the intensity
- how many sets/reps
- how heavy
- how well your breathing
- the duration of your weight session
- how fit you are (the more fit you are, the harder you have to work to burn the same amount of calories as someone else who is unfitter, because your body is just used to it)
You're better off getting a heart rate monitor to accurately depict how many calories you are burning in that weight lifting session0
