Quick Question
I burned a buttload of calories today and have about 900 to play with. Thing is, Im not even hungry but I've netted way low than my BMR today. Should I force myself to try and close the gap on these calories or just roll with the deficit if I'm not hungry. My diary is public so feel free to check it out for today. Thanks!

Going from 500 cal to 250 cal deficit
Can someone explain to me why it is important to make this switch? Trying to wrap my head around it. I am starting to see the weight loss and waist size loss slowing down and I believe its time to switch to .5 pound a week weight loss opposed to 1 lb a week. Is it normal to drop a pound per day?
I weighed 181 last Friday and now I weigh 177. I have maintained a daily caloric deficit based on what MFP gives me for a calorie budget. Im happy with the weight loss, just want to make sure its not too fast or unhealthy.

MFP changed my calorie requirement
MFP just told me congratulations cause I've lost a total of 10 lbs since the last time I set up my settings, then offered to automatically adjust my calorie settings. I said sure why not? now my daily calorie budget is 1640 instead of 1700.. we'll see how this goes.. Any idea why it gave me less calories? Im pretty active…
