At 46 I've been wanting to compete in something since my progress has been pretty good. Crossfit, Power lifting, Strongman comp., Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, Warrior Dash.... 5k's,10k's,Marathons, Anyone having success enough to do these? Who says people in their 40's can't be badass?

Crossfit Strongman
Not ready for Crossfit competitions. So I'm doing these crossfit strongman comps. Monday,Wed. and Fri. I do strongman Wods. Tues and Thurs. I do regular crossfit workouts. Double workouts
Does anyone do them. Tried it last night with 5 rounds for time 500 meter row and ME bench with body weight for the first workout. Second workout was 75 power snatches with 75 lbs. for time. I was soaked at the end. I went straight from one workout to the next.
