Lost of strength in a cut cycle
I am on week 9 of my cut after a bulk of 8 weeks. I made great gains on my lifts when on a bulk. I am starting to see my strength go down and had to deload pretty much all my lifts. Does strength loss = muscle loss? I am 7 pounds down in 9 weeks but at least 4 of those were from water weight.

Researches prove that people are really bad at estimating their calorie consumption and burn. We don’t do it on purpose and at first we are diligent and calculate every calorie.
