that is it?...well that was unsatisfying
I am on vacation so I decided to try this program. I have been lifting for a year and it left me unsatisfied. Sure I did about 70% of my usual weight but I feel like I barely did anything. Is this program to easy for someone that is not new to lifting? Also it barely took me 20 minutes.... something I didn't understand?

Is MFP changing your goal look?
I know that when I started this almost 2 years ago, I had a faint idea of what I wanted to look like. I wanted to be smaller and hot. Since then my goal is now muscular, strong and hot. Before you would ask me if muscular was something I wanted and the answer would have been a strong no. Did your goal changed by MFP?

Me and a co worker were talking and he said that being muscular does not mean you are healthy. I disagree since I know all that I have to do in order to have muscles and lowering my body fat to show them. Outside of the use of steroids. Your opinion?

I have looked at half Marathon training and those I saw had their longest run at 16k while training. Is it enough or do you think it is important to run 21k before? Also right now my long runs are 10k. Do you think doing a half in September is enough time?

I am a lefty and my right side is weaker. I notice it more as my weights are going up. My question is, should I leave compounds lifts for a month to do some dumbbells work?

Nothing fit anymore
