I have looked at half Marathon training and those I saw had their longest run at 16k while training. Is it enough or do you think it is important to run 21k before?
Also right now my long runs are 10k. Do you think doing a half in September is enough time?

I think it's enough to get you through the distance, yes. Of course, the more you run, the better off you will be. Yes, I think you have plenty of time to be prepared for a September HM. Pick a training plan, like Higdon's and stick with it and you'll be all set.0
