Yes.
Honestly, it depends on the workout. A timed WOD would probably be considered cardio. However, we also do WOD's that are very heavy and not as fast. Then there is stuff that is not really timed at all. Like the crossfit total, which is finding your one rep max on back squat, deadlift and strict press.0
