Happy anniversary to me!!!!

On November 11th, it was my 2 years anniversary on MFP.
Two years ago I had no idea what I was getting myself into.
-I didn’t believe I was able to actually lose weight.
-1200 calories a day was the way to go and being hungry was a good thing.
-Eating thing I didn’t like but were healthy
-Doing exercise I didn’t like just to have a calories burn
- Muscle on a woman were manly
- The free weight part of the gym was scary
- To lose weight you had to follow a series of complicated rules.
-The number on the scale was the only thing that I cared about
Now 2 years later
-I know I can lose weight. Never as fast as I wish but I have the patience to get there
- I will never eat 1200 calories ever again.
- I eat what I like using IIFYM .
- I have a serious love affair with lifting and refuse to step on the stupid elliptical
- I love love love muscles…..so much so that I am bulking right now to have more muscles and don’t give a damn what others think about it.
-The free weight part of the gym is my home.
-To lose weight, keep it simple and don’t sweat the small stuff.
- I don’t own a scale anymore.
- I learned to love myself….. my body is not perfect but I see no point of hating it since it is the only one I have.
