Day 4 of P90X
Well today is day 4 of P90X for me, the workouts feel great, but the next day I am so sore that I feel like I was hit by a Mac truck and then put through a meat grinder, LOL. Hope I get the results I am looking for after the 90 days......

Stopping your HRM
OK, so when do you stop your HRM? Immediately after your workout? or Once your hear rate goes back to normal? Which is better?

No Mojo!!!
I have lost total motivation.... I was doing pretty good, going to the gym, eating right, and I had even stop drinking coke....I now haven't been to the gym in 6 weeks, I am still eating right but I starting drinking coke yet again... I am totally disappointed in myself. Please Help!!!!

Unexplained scratches
I started weight training a little over a month ago and today I noticed some unexplained scratches all over my shoulders and the top of my back. Someone told me that it is due to the weight lifting, they said that it is just my skin tearing to make room for the muscle growth. Has anyone experienced this? any ideas?

Work out calories
Ok, I am confused.... I keep reading that if you are working out you should always eat those calories back. I always thought that the point was to stay under calories. My daily calorie goal is 1600 according to MFP and then when I work out I get anywhere between 2500 and 3000 for the day. So should I eat 2500 to 3000…

Need help...
I have been dieting and exercising for a little over a month and I have lost 12 lbs. However for the last 3 weeks I have been stuck at 215 and the scale doesn't seem to want to move from there. Anyone have any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Calories Burned
Does anyone happen to know how accurate the calories burned per exercise count is here? I walked 3.0 miles today in 47 minutes and according to my cardiotrainer app it says that I burned 358 calories but when I entered the same info here, it says that I burned 385 calories. I just want to know which one I should follow.

Not reaching Calorie Goals please healp.
